  1. This is extremely crucial... whenever I notice my team is completely drained and repeating the same error over and over... I encouraged them to go for a walk, enjoy some fresh air, and then return to begin anew. I encourage them to step outside for a walk... or if someone wants a smoke break, I urge them to take some time to unwind... I do the same myself... when my mind has exhausted itself, I go out to enjoy the sun and trees before returning to work.
