  1. Oh my goodness!!!! The truth has been written here, which brings back memories of my last job where I dedicated 6 years working tirelessly to meet deadlines. When I tried to leave, the director blocked me for not giving a 2-month notice and wouldn't provide my relieving documents. This experience made me realize that no matter how hard we work for our employer, they won't appreciate us or give us any recognition, appraisal, or motivation to work harder.

  2. Well I believe this phase has come in every working person's life.. at least for a while.. I remember my time also.. it was for couple of years.. and yeah I overworked upto the extent of making myself totally exhausted by the end of the month.. but still I do not have any regrets as I myself wanted to grow in all aspects and also wanted to test my limits as a working person.. But now when I see back then yeah I do realise that at some point I should have give myself break of a day at least in a month.!
